Dollar General on Rocky Quarry Road Store #11622 is not giving customers receipts. When I ask the employee, he was very nonchalant and told me "the receipt machine was broken".

I know that every customer has the right to a receipt. This store is in desperate need of new staff. The people in this store have no clue regarding customer service and service recovery. Also, this store is most cluttered store of all the Dollar General stores in Southeast Raleigh.

I would like to speak with someone who own these stores. I do not think that they are aware of the conditions of this store.

Reason of review: i did not receive a receipt.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Manager and employees, Staff, Poor cunsomer relations, Poor consumer relations.

So because the receipt machine was broken they need new staff, the receipt machine was broken, yeah you do have the right to a receipt, but what do you want him to do, pull one out of his a$$?
