checked out and tide item rung up at 10.00 manager was called to verify pricing of 7.50 manager was very rude stating the dates were on ticket item, i said to the rude manager the signs were still posted on the items and it had not been taken down.. as a customer you look at the price break..

i could see if one sign was overlooked, however none of the signs were removed.. he was very loud and rude stating you can't read and would not honor the price at 7.50 it's not so much about him not honoring the price it was more how he handled the matter.

I shop at this store quite frequently, i don't appreciate how i was spoken to.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of tide laundry detergent and associated monetary loss in the amount of $10. Dollar General Corporation needs to issue a partial refund according to poster's claims.

This is the dumbest complaint I have ever read. That is almost like assuming that because you have an old flyer at your house that is dated that the prices should still be honored.

If the sign was clearly dated I wouldn't have honored it either.

Maybe the manager wouldn't have been loud if you hadn't argued with him. He wasn't rude for telling you the signs were wrong and then you had the nerve to argue with him.
