You have an employee at your store in Hayden AL that is known for her usage in marijuana as well as meth amphetamine, she has also been terminated from a previous job for theft of the store money!
Im guessing it is of no concern to your management the loss of money or the safe work ethics in a drug free environment! Her last name is Randolph! You can well bet if she is allowed to work in your store under those conditions , it will be a matter of time before several other drug users or thieves will be hired in your stores, or at worst you will have a law suit for discrimination!
