I was at one of the locations in carrollton ga and one of their buggys rolled off the sidewalk into my car and scrapped down my car and left a big scratch mark and yellow paint on the side of my car .I had to file a report with the store witch the asst manager didn't no any thing and the store manager wasn't there and wouldn't be there until Wednesday .I called on wed. they said the mgr hasn't had time to look at the claim or send it in I ended up calling my self what a nightmare this is.they file the claim and turned it down saying that they were no responsible for the damages to my car but it is their buggys and I was just waiting on someone and I know they have to get the carts up if they are left out .there is no signs posted saying they are not responsible either . they wont respond to my emails or phone calls

Monetary Loss: $700.

Ok, so it was there buggy. If a customer of their's allowed the buggy to hit your car that is not the store's fault, it's the fault of the customer in question and you need to file a claim with that person's insurance.
