I WAS IN YOUR STORE (19193) LOCATED AT 1120 SPRINGFIELD AVE IN IRVINGTON NJ. WHEN THE STORE 1ST OPENED UP A FEW MONTHS AGO, IT WAS PLEASANT CLEAN AND GREAT STAFF.

THE ISLES WERE EASY TO WALK THROUGH. NOW, FORGET ABOUT IT. IVE SEEN THE FEMALE EMPLOYEES ON THEIR CELL PHONES WITH BOYFRIENDS (I KNOW THIS BECAUSE IVE HEARD THE CONVO), THE ISLES ARE ALWAYS FILLED WITH MERCHANDISE THAT NEEDS TO BE STOCKED AND PUT AWAY. ITS JUST OVERALL A VERY DOWNWARD EXPERIENCE FOR THE PAST 3 MONTHS.

NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT I WILL BE GOING TO ANOTHER FRANCHISE BECAUSE THIS STORE IS JUST GETTING WORSE EVERY TIME I GO IN THERE!!! SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO A SURPRISE VISIT OR A SECRET SHOPPER OR SOMETHING!
