Manager checked me out i had a 5.00 off coupon he never applied it to my order. After leaving the store I realized it.

I called and he told me to come back with my order and receipt. When I returned to the store he said it didn't apply to my order only just realized it than. After I made the trip back to the store with all my bags of stuff. If he had told me that on the phone I would of never came back.

If he is the manager of the store he should of known that and made an exception for his mistake.

Don't have any good business skill for the customer.
