I recently made 2 purchases at Dollar General store 13812 on 9/02/14. The promotion was if you purchased $15 of Gain products you received a $5 savings on your next purchase.
I received this on my first transaction at the bottom of my receipt but not on the second transaction. I bought the same gain products in both transactions. I asked the employee that rang me up but he could not explain how or why this happened. He did give me a telephone number to call.
I called to check onthis & first time got disconnected, second time put on hold for 10 minutes without coming back saying I am still working on it, not sure what happened on third try button the fourth try spoke to someone who repeated what I said to them but didn't ask any details of transaction. They did give me areferencenumber which is 1022914667.I am not sure how that helps me when no one has followed up.
