Dollar General Corporation - Extreme expired products not refunded as promised
I purchased items from one location that were overly expired. Decided to go to different location same store and the same products were expired also.
Called corporate, made my complaint & got call back about week later, spoke with person and person supposedly reassured me that I would get refund for my products. She said I could dispose of the bad products because I had my receipts. Later in another call saying that now that I didnt have the products (which was many many days later) that I couldnt get a refund.
So her goal was to just get me to throw away the bad products just so she can use that in saying thats the reason she couldnt refund me. So Im just out of the money I spent at the store for bad unusable inedible products.
