How, exactly, is it 'insaulting' if a credit card machine asks a customer which language to use? A machine can't insult you, or judge you.
It doesn't care who you are, what your ethnicity is, what you do for a living, or what you had for lunch. It can only do as it's programmed to do.
And whether you like it or not, this is America - the land of many cultures.
It is not reserved for any particular ethnic group. I suggest you learn to cope.
