I stopped at your store to pick up a couple items I needed at home. I went to the register and when I handed the employee a 50 to pay for my items he said ....Are you serious and shook his head at me.

I apologized for not having a smaller bill to which he said whatever your getting ones for change. He continued to shake his head and say dam.

I love your store but he was rude and nasty and I will not return to that location again. A customer should never be made to feel they have to say I'm sorry for coming to your store and giving you business.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Come in to my store first thing in the morning and I'm going to tell you I cannot accept that - do you have anything smaller? DG is not a bank.

Registers at DG only carry $100 in it so you just wiped out half their drawer. I can't stand high rollers that pull that BS, let me guess, you were also the first customer of the day?
