I had same problem. Had 9.00 in digital coupons. None deducted from my receipt. Coupons were loaded in my coupons. Went back in store and talk to manager. Not very receptive offering any help. She said sometimes she did not get her coupons deducted.
I use a wheelchair and can not reach the machine to run my card and cashier said she did not know how to the digital coupons worked. It is the law the card machines are to accessible and also I found some of the aisles crowded with stock that had not been put on shelves and therefore not able to get through them.
I would appreciate your help resolving this problem.
