1St impression to last impression was 1 out of 5 stars. All three employees were smoking outside the front door of the store when we pulled in.
Then when we went to check out an employee was in line in front of us and instead of letting the customer go first, he went. Then he changed his mind on the item he was getting and made us wait while he shopped for something else. That took about 2 minutes. Then there was a mistake made on the price of his item and that's when the female manager on duty jumped over the counter climbing on top of it right front of us.
Really unprofessional. After this one item, 8 minute transaction was finalized, the employee that had just made the purchase bumped into my husband and said nothing then proceeded to keep shopping and yelling across the store to our cashier about where things were. And instead of waiting to do this until he finished ringing up our 2 items he held a convo with him which i wouldnt normally mind but he would stop doing our transaction to yell to his other employee. This turned what should have been a 2 minute transaction into a 10 minute transaction.
I would rather pay full price for an item then deal with service (or lack thereof) like this again.
