The Dollar General Store in Maquoketa, IA is falling apart. After the old manager , Debra quit in November, the asst manager, Juliee, and her team had really cleaned the place up.

It was looking good. Juliee got a lot of thinga fixed and was always great to the customers. She would carry the bags of us elderly people out to our cars for us. Now all of a sudden she is no longer they.

They said ahe did something wrong, but i for one am here to tell you she did more for your store than anyone has in years. Surely whatever mistake she made can't be as bad as what shape the store has turned into in just a week. The new acting manager is rude, lazy and unkept. She is always standing around.

Juliee was always busy and devoted to your company. Quite a few of your customers have got together and feel you need to get her back before your competition grabs her up. Just wanted to let someone know that the decision to get rid of Juliee and bring in someone else is going to hurt you business. Especially with the new Dollar Tree opening in a few weeks.

You need to keep customers and this is not how you do it.

Doubt i wil hear a reply but just thought you should know nothing is black and white, there is a gray area and each situation is not cookie cutter. They each should be looked at on a one on one basis.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
