I recently went to dollar general to purchase light up cups for the kids. As we were checking out the cashier kept dropping them.
We got all the way home before we realized that she had broken one of them. When we went back the next day to return/exchange the broken one, the person on the register said she couldn't exchange it out because we didn't take the receipt.
When asked to speak to the manager she refused to go get her. She ended up keeping the broken cup and we never got a refund or exchange for it
