Manager and employees should greet every customers and thank customers not just who they choose to greet.Dollar General Store #08018 does not take returns without receipt which is not fair to customers. .The policy states the customer can return without receipt and get store credit.Customers have been rejected from returning items and be embarrassed in front of other customers They are refusing to take returns and stereotype customers.They are telling customers the store is a high risk theft store and want do return without receipt.The floors need to be clear so customers want trip and fall.There are no employees on the floor the help customers with and without disibilities to find items in store.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Keep the receipt, for crying out loud. It's not hard to do.

Each store does have the right to enact tougher return policies to reduce shrink. If your small pee sized brain can't keep track of a receipt the shop somewhere else.

And it is also in our store policy that is up to the stores discretion to decide if they want to take back returns at all most stores require a receipt now due to the high volume of theft from customers so quit your complaining and just bring the freakin’ receipt
