It is wonderful having a DG in our town. BUT, it is hard to shop for anything there. LOTS of racks of stacked unopened boxes block the isle. Shelves are empty. What shelves have merchandise on them, it is a total mess.

The old saying , don't complain unless you have a suggestion to remedy the situation....so here it is.... Need to shut this one down for a week, bring in extra temp help and get it organized and hire a manager to keep it that way.

If the store were organized, more people would feel like stopping in to pick up stuff.

It also appears that our one in Platte City, Mo is not going to sell childrens clothing. Are all DG's going to stop providing the clothing?

So because other customers have purchased the items before you, somehow this makes you an expert on how to resolve the situation? Sorry but you fail on this one.

They won’t shut it down. They won’t bring in extra help. And their not going to overstock the back room just because you think they should. It’s about controlling costs.

They get one shipment a week and that is generally submitted by the corporate masters. This means that no matter how much you complain NOTHING is going to change.

The store manager and employees can do absolutely nothing to address your issue. All you have done is bash innocent employees who ha e zero power or control.
