I was in line and witnessed the cashier being very rude to an incoming customer 9/12/18. This customer asked for the location of a product that the cashier ignorantly stated, "they think it is in a particular isle." Thereafter he started to arrogantly hum and sing.

This was not true as Mr. Fry, (cashiers name), was just in this isle as I was shopping in the exact isle.

I worked in customer service for over 20 years and found this employee to be unprofessional and insensitive. My opinion would be to retrain this person or fire them.

Witnessing this type of actions, I personally will reconsider patonizing your brand.

Lmao. Y’all assume a lot.

Employees don’t “refuse” to put stock on the shelf.

Oftentimes corporate office doesn’t give them enough hours to complete stocking or they send huge trucks that are impossible to get done. As far as customer service goes, sure, it’s important but customers could also learn some civility.

Agreed. Retail employees continue to choose not to provide Customer Service with poor attitude or inappropriate actions.

Dollar General is one of the worst.

Product and freight laying everywhere and staff refusing to place it on shelfs. Other times a customer can wait by the cash register with no staff in sight.
