The Store #15127 in Wooster, Ohio is a shoplifter's dream. There is NEVER anyone at the register to check you out as they are always in the manager's office or at the back of the store.
I have to continuously yell "HELLO" to get someone's attention or yell loudly "IS THIS *** FREE? OR DOES SOMEONE WANT TO RING ME UP ALREADY?" I have seen many customers just leave change for a newspaper and leave the store and the cashier when they do come to the register ask the other waiting customers if they know what the change is for. Pathetic. Today I witnessed many customers in line and the MANAGER outside yakking to her daughter in a vehicle for at least 15 minutes while one cashier had to check out 7 customers and had a waiting delivery person to check in.
Didn't bother her none....she just kept yakking away. This place is a shoplifter's dream to put it mildly. The manager is a joke. She's only been there for about a month that I can figure and should be shown the door ASAP.
Why does all the employees have to hang out inside the manager's office? There is another DG on the east side of Wooster that Always has someone at the register and actually GREETS the customer with a good afternoon, good morning, etc. What a difference!!!!!! Can't praise that store enough.....!!!!
But the other store is a complete JOKE. Why can't there be audits or videos of these employees constantly hanging out in the manger's office?
This is NOT CORRECT. I worked at a busy truck stop years ago where I waited on 600 customers in an 8 hour shift.....and these MoFo's can't even wait on 7 in 30 minutes!!!
