I have called over and over to have a general Manager or somebody call me the store in this area is an absolute train wreck they leave clothes on racks outside year-round or on the ground EVERY person we have talked to is wondering how the place is still in business. You can't get through aisles because they have racks with supplies in them sitting in every aisle.

the floors look as if you mopped them up with mud. I can go on and on about this BUT please call me so I can explain the people who work there all sit outside in Store merchandise lawn chairs smoking vape smokes or pot. Literally, we go to another Local Dollar General and see them washing the windows and the floors are all so clean and merchandise has price tags on them which is a new thing today we bough water and the whole aisle had no prices on them we had to ask...

Please somebody call me as I have called you guys to get no call back. pay a visit to this place you will be shocked!

I am a mayor of a small town in Aumsville Oregon. Our population is about 4200 with almost 25% Hispanic population.

With the rising cost of inflation I noticed more and more of our residents are shopping at places like the DG and Dollar Tree.

While shopping a DG store in town. I couldnt help but notice that the Latino / Hispanic section is a poor representation Mexican food. The products and brands are not ones hellothat Latinos would normally purchase. The only thing useful was the bags of MeSeCa at the bottom shelf of the section.

Everything else would be considered Americanized or white people Mexican food

When DG came to Aumsville the town was very excited so have somewhat of a real grocery store. But sadly it does not cater to the demographics of almost 25% of the towns population.

Oregon has a large Latino population and many of the small towns now carry one of your stores.

Im writing this email to encourage your marketing team to do some real research into the brands, spices and shelf stable products, that better reflect the Hispanic Culture.

Your dollar general store located 3136 Washington blvd, in Ogden Utah is a horrible store! The store is always!!!

A disaster! Clogged with empty boxes, through out the store! Never product available on your pegs! The manager at this location is worthless!!!

His customer service, is non existence!!! Never speaks when you enter the store, acts put ouy if you ask about products coming in. He is always on his phone!!! When clearly!!!

The store needs attention! I frequent this store adleast once a week looking for the item I'm searching for.

Seems to me!!! Dollar general does not really care about customer's!!! In general, this seems to be a problem at several of your locations.

Most of your managers and employees, seem to be unhappy with there positions! Your upper management needs to really look into changes with offering good customer service, and products available!!!

I've been holding off with this email for several month's. But, after going in today and seeing how badly the store looked and again not finding any new product.

Open your eye's and start inspecting your stores! Your losing money and customer's!

Manager Crystal at the 11 Mennemeyer Rd location in Troy, MO is an absolute disaster. Completely under qualified.

She doesn't train her staff then writes them up when they dont know something. She's been observed screaming at sales associates in front of customers. Her employees report that paychecks/phone apps do not match actual hours worked or she says she bumped their pay rate up and did not. Full of lies and deceptions to fit her needs.

She is completely unprofessional and less than deserving of her title. It's absolutely no wonder the turnover rate at this location is so high. The store is beautiful thanks to the sales associates and no real thanks at all to the management team. Assistant manager is more worried about her phone and Crystal is too busy being "right" all the time to take any pride in her store and see where she is lacking as a boss.

Andrew, the DM is completely unaware of how his store is actually being ran even after having had it brought to his attention several times by employees and does nothing to fix the situation. This store will be closed within the year with this management team. Highly disappointing from DG Brand to allow this kind of treatment of staff and disregard for customers. This is my local store and would like to frequent but the environment caused by management is unbarable.

As a DG customer I truly hope something gets resolved at this location because this store is ranked best in the town by locals. Great selection and very clean, again, only thanks to the lower level employees. Lights are bright enough to actually see what you're doing and unfortunately all they shed a light on for me is incompetence. Any of the sales associates they have currently would be a better manager.

I would suggest looking for a replacement from within. Best regards.

I clipped my coupons did my homework. Wouldn't get what I needed to get the $10 off of the gain products and the $5 off of my $25.

After I wasn't able to use my 10.00 off my 20.00 worth of gain products or my 5.00 off of 25. I had her take off the gain liquid fabric softer. I was only able to use a 1.50 off digital coupon. I feel I should get credit on the coupons I wasn't able to use.

I take all the time to calculate how many item I'll need in order to take advantage of the coupons and save money. I'm very upset.

Last week it happened and I let it go. But I'm not going to excuse your mistakes this time.

I shop at the store at the store @ 12204 Texas Hwy. Many, Louisiana.

Ive been in the store numerous times this week to purchase Coors Lt. products and they have been out of stock in include Saturday 3/9/24. This is not the first time of this situation, as numerous other times to purchase sugar, milk and other grocery items (everyday necessities) to find it OOS. The reason one employee told me C Lt was out of stock, was it was popular (really everyday)!

Also I noticed today the price on the Coors Lt. 18 pack went from $15.85 to $20.

Other competing stores did not rise their prices by $5 so its not the distributor as the employee stated.

I refuse to shop at any DG stores in the future and will take my business elsewhere. You can not grow your business or market share conducting a business like this!

Yes I went to the Dollar General in Opa-Locka,FL 33054 On Black Friday the Paper Had the Sales for 11/23-11/25 The store would not honor the price said the Manager just said it was Good until the 11/23/2023!I didn't like that I have the App and I also had the News paper saying the same thing the worker was being very rude.I know she works for the company but the company makes the prices not the Manager this has happened before they Love to make there own rules it is not right to the consumer's, and customer's.I really wanted the company to know what is going on.I didn't get the item I wanted so I didn't purchase it!
