I went into Dollar general to buy a few things and when I went to pay it asked if I wanted cash back and I said yes because I needed money for laundry. There was NO prompt asking if I wanted to pay an extra $1.

The next day i saw my statement. I went in to complain and almost started screaming because the lady would not admit there was not a prompt screen. She kept insisting there was. I told my bank and they reversed the charges so I got my $1 back.

I emailed Dollar General and they didn't care. I will never shop at this *** store again.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Management, Service, Product i bought.
